We had the place on Tuesday! When we outgrew the condo David helped us strategize on how to use the equity we'd built to buy our next place - what sells for, what to look for. His marketing team is amazing and they had the place on the market within a few days of us confirming we wanted to sell. David made the sale of our place just as easy as the purchase. Finding a new place was not easy. We were looking around the holidays, inventory was low. We found a lot of places we liked, but David felt most were overpriced based on comps and other considerations. His background not only in reality but contracting gives him an edge when it comes to eye-balling the value of homes.
